Life savers! I was desperate to get an exhaust, muffler prob fixed. Honest-1 got me in right away, set me up with a free loaner and was able to schedule a brake job within the same week. Polite, professional, drive out of my way because i’ve found them to live up to their name in the past.

Honest and very professional

I was in a very difficult spot on a Friday night when my exhaust system disconnected from the manifold. I couldn't get my car repaired over the weekend, I called 15 places and Honest-1 came through for me with a loaner car that they let me use free of charge for 6 days. My car is running great now. I am extremely grateful for their professionalism and skill. I would recommend them to anyone!

While I had a coupon, they were not so honest because they charged me a labor fee, which is not typical with an oil change. I do not recommend this business and it’s always fishy when a business has to have the word honest in it - just act honest don’t say it.

Honest 1 staff are so accommodating. My car hadn't been driven for a few months so the battery was dead. After AAA towed it in, they replaced the battery and alerted me to other needed maintenance. The 'over and above' was when they put the car back in the separated garage for me so I didn't even have to go outside!

When I first went to the Honest in Falcon Heights the workers were very rude while telling me they were full for the day. When I went to the Honest in Roseville the service has been 100%. I’ve been there a second time and both times have been pleasant and welcoming.

The staff at Honest 1 were so kind and efficient in helping me figure out why my car was squealing. They kept me informed the entire time I was waiting, provided receipts of future care and broke down costs, and were extremely affordable. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the technicians working on my car went into my glovebox and threw my stuff on the floor and didn’t care to put it back (which isn’t that big of a deal, but rather an annoyance). Nonetheless, I will be a returning customer.

I have used a couple of Honest-1’s throughout the cities and they are always the first place I think of when I need repair. Everyone is so friendly, helpful, and most importantly honest about my vehicles needs and care. I’ve never once felt pressured or taken advantage of and the service is always prompt and reasonably priced. I recommend this place to all my friends.
