I always have good customer service and interactions with the staff here, which is agai. What a received at this visit. The downfall was that I made a 10am appointment for an oil change, but didn’t leave with my car until 12pm. I felt this was a long time for a service being I made an appointment earlier in the week, and also had my 2 week newborn with at the appointment while we waited for so long. Next time would appreciate more of a heads up when booking my appointment if oil changes always take 2 hours long.

This location has twice done pretty major repairs on my vehicle. My car isn't nice and would likely not even be running without these guys. They are kind and honest. I know people will think this is a fake review but it's not :) I don't know really anything about cars and one of things I have appreciated most is how the staff breaks things down to a lay person like myself. They have always respected my budget and they are great about going over problems they flagged but that aren't necessarily something that needs to be immediately fixed. They don't try and just sell you random stuff and they have gone above and beyond with their warranty protection. There are many other mechanic shops that are closer to me but I go here because I trust them and that means alot to me.

Our car was over due for an oil change and they managed to squeeze our car in on a busy day. The staff was very friendly and professional. We will be using them in the future.

Bobby and his team did a great job of helping me get back on the road. He helped to calm my frantic nerves when another neighborhood service shop (Dustin at Brausen’s - Arden Hills) was not willing to help. I will definitely return with my business!

Everyone is friendly and helpful. Bobby got my cell phone paired with the Bluetooth in my car and didn't charge me. Thanks!
