Been going to honest 1 for over 10 years. Had a couple issues but they took care of me and made it right. That’s all you can ask of any business. They listened l, they did put blame on me and I am very satisfied. Thank you

I had three warning lights on my car fast. Honest 1 in Roseville was quick to schedule anxappointment to evaluate the issues. Their summary and estimate was half the cost of a neighboring service garage. They completed the work quickly, we so helpful and have a great guarantee on their service. I was very impressed!

Very nice service experience!

Because I had no appointment, I thought I would check two other shops that specialize in quick oil change services. The first one said it would be at least one hour to get my car in and the second one said I would have to leave my car there all day. Without appointment and although their shop was busy, the Lexington Honest One provided an oil change service with safety inspection and I was out the door within 30-40 minutes. Thank you!

I went there with no appointment and they were able to get my oil changed and tires rotated right away. They were very thorough and did a great job. Also they made sure to reset my tire pressure monitors before I left .

I have always had friendly, personal service with Honest1 in Roseville. They go the extra mile and I appreciate the 21 point inspection when I get my oil changed. They charge a fair, reasonable price and offer regular discounts for returning customers.

Honest 1 not living up to name. Had break job done and was told when I left need to pump breaks and will eventually get better.. It got worse and when I bought it back there was more damage done. Was told it was normal wear and tare and they were gonna charge me for a job that should not have even happened to begin with. Needless to say due to their negligence I have reported them to The BBB, Attorney General, and the Chamber of Commerce. They are far from honest in my opinion
