First time at this location, they were great and will go back in the future.

They lived up to their name being 'honest'! I took my car in thinking it was going to be a repair in the hundreds of dollars, their diagnostic review found the issue and they had it repaired for much less than expected. Thank You Honest-1!

Very quick and friendly. They always let me know what to watch out for for future repairs and never pressure me in to repairing something right away. Really make me feel safe

Great customer service and timely work! My one suggestion would be that employees and customers were encouraged (or required) to wear masks in the lobby area. That would have made me feel more comfortable waiting inside the building for my car, instead of feeling like I needed to sit outside. Overall great work and I will be back!
