I just came in for an oil change but the attention they paid my car was significant and appreciated.

As someone who has usually gone to the dealership for scheduled service, I recently went there for unscheduled service. I was having an issue with my AC on a very hot day. When I called my dealership they said it would be "maybe a few days" before they could get to it, and said that just to figure out what the problem is would be almost $150, and then told me that most of the time the entire thing would need to be replaced at a cost of $900-1500. Mind blown and disappointed I remembered an advertising mailer I had recently received from Honest-1 so I called. Was immediately scheduled for an appointment the next day, they were so helpful and informative. Worked with Tom! What a rockstar! $40 to diagnose what ended up being a very simple inexpensive fix. I'll definitely be back! Thank you!

Very kind and courteous and the service was prompt.

I left the car for repairs, after picking it up I only drove one block and it died. The mechanic was very honest and apologetic about his error and was quick to fix the problem. It could happen to anybody, but most would not own up to their own error, I appreciate his forthrightness.

Very helpful, very nice people The owner is there overlooking his employees all the time . That is bad let the employees do their jobs.

The service was quick and reliable! They tested to diagnose the problem quickly after dropping my vehicle off, found the issue, called me with a quote, and fixed in only a few hours. All by an ASE certified technician! Will bring my vehicle there again when I am unable to fix the issue myself.
