I couldn’t believe how quickly Honest-1 got my car in, provided me a loaner, contacted me with a quote, incorporated the info from my warranty, and helped me prioritize next steps to be able to do everything on my budget. Their service was excellent: professional, courteous, thorough, and seamless. My car is operating safely and smoothly, at a reasonable price. This is a business that lives up to its name and then some.

I went to this place half year ago for a free engine code reading and i pretty liked its service. The people were nice and the location is near to my home. So, I brought my car for an oil-change last Saturday (02/15). My car is a 2014 Mercedes Benz C300. I drove less than a mile after the oil change and the panel light was on with a message " Check Engine oil at next refueling". I went back right away and the technician told me it always trouble to reset the oil changing status for Mercedes. I trusted his words because I have the same experience for my previous oil change and the technician and I had to go Youtube to learn how to reset it. Then he reset the oil changing light again. And this time it last all the way (about 5 miles) for me go home without seeing the message again. However, the next day when i was drove for about 10 minutes, the message appeared again. And it came back every time in less than 5 minutes after that. I had to google the answer by myself today and what I learn this message is mostly related with a low oil level. My car has an engine oil capacity of 6.9 Qts and shop only refill 5 Qts oil. I did remember that, in my previous oil change, the technician told me he had to refill 7 Qts of engine oil. I checked the oil level, it was barely at the line of min. I went to Autozone and purchased 2 Qts engine oil and refilled one and half to my car. I drove about 40 miles after the refill and the message does not come back again. I have to say the people were still nice, but I thought they should have known better as a professional. It is was quite disappointed.

I came in without an appointment because my alternator failed. They called me before starting any repairs to give me an estimate (which they lived up to) and were finished before I excpected they would be. Jeff, who assisted me at the front, was both professional and personable. Excellent!
