Awesome professional service

The team did a fix on a leaking power steering hose today, along with new brakes and tires. Our Camry is running “like new” as quoted by husband after pick up. And they did it for less than the price they quoted us.

They were very professional. Explained things where I could understand. The price was much lower than I expected.

We just moved into the area when our sons car broke down. Luckily we found Honest 1. They gave us a detailed break down of the cost and recommended ways to help cut the cost without jeopardizing safety or needless wear and tear on the car. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. They are now our go to mechanics

WARNING!!! Stay as far away from this place as possible. A much more accurate name for this business would be Dishonest and Disrespectful Auto Care. They lowered my vehicle on top of one of my tires in front of me and had the audacity to accuse me of doing the damage. The manager Jeff Holdoff makes up stories out of thin air and has a raging, extremely aggressive temper and verbally assaulted me using vulgar language in front of other customers. This was by far the most amazingly horrible and worst customer service experience that I have ever had. They also mis-diagnosed the repairs my car needed, and provided a $1,900 cost estimate for brake repair that I later learned included several completely unnecessary tasks (after eventually taking it to a qualified mechanic). I wish it was possible to leave a review of zero stars, because that's all they deserve.

I came in there with a bad situation. Jeff and the team took a extreme amount of time to work on my van on various situations that came up. We also were working against a warranty company that wasn't trying to cover any part of it, and Jeff put his tail on the line and really worked for me even when I wasn't so easy to work with. You can't trust every company, but Honest 1,you can.

This was 1st time I used this company for oil change for my car. service was very fast, and people were very friendly. I will definately use them again for my car upkeep. Thanks again Eileen Willey
