Roseville Auto Repair

One of the best customer experiences I have ever had. I brought my car in for some work on the brakes and that was about as much as I knew coming in. Instead of throwing a bunch of “car lingo” at me, I was talked through the process in a way that I understood what was wrong and was brought out and shown the pieces that were broken and needed to be fixed. Each step of the way I was treated with respect and for once I didn’t walk out of an auto-center feeling dumb and just talked at. I was then given a list of things that needed to get done because of safety reasons and some other things that I might want to get done in the future. I didn’t feel like they threw everything that was possibly wrong on there. I was also expecting to have to wait a couple of days but my car was done the next day. In the meantime I was given a loaner car. The man at the front desk had pulled the car around and had it ready to go with the AC on (since it was a very hot day). He took the time to look me in the eye and actually talk to me. The two men at the front desk were so respectful and my business wasn’t just dollar signs. They took the time to build a relationship and look me in the eye and were some of the most, if not the most, respectful people. I am not going anywhere else.

We were able to get our car repaired the same day we called. Another job well done!

Friendly, good service, no complaints.

I was very happy with my service. Quick and up front. Everyone who helped me out was very nice, and did their best to provide me with the best service possible. I had my car back with me within 24 hours, which was an unexpected surprise. Overall, very happy with my service.

I do not go here for the cost, their work is not inexpensive. I go here because they consistently live up to the honest part. I am confident that when I take my car in I will know exactly what needs to be done, when it needs to be done and how much it will cost. Their work has always been top notch. They have never tried to push unnecessary service on me

The staff here are second to none, won't go anywhere else.

Friendly and good quick work

Thank you so much for providing great customer service - what an amazing experience! The front staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and you can tell they care about the customer.....they are good people. I arrived for my scheduled morning appointment, and even though the facility was working short staffed in the repair area, they never let it impact the service and experience provided! I was there for several hours - brought work to keep me busy. The lounge is very welcoming and comfortable. I have always gone to the dealership that I go to for so many years, but this is so convenient, close to home and having Saturday repair hours is a plus.....and I feel the prices were fair. Thank you for making my first experience there a great one! I will not be going back to the dealership, unless I absolutely have to! Although I had wonderful and informative conversations with the front staff and the owner, I never got to thank the young man who repaired my car.....Thank You, for providing quality service. You just dont know how much I truly appreciate you and your being there that day, even though you had a full day ahead, you never looked or acted stressed. Thank you all again.....I will be back!

Super impressed the last two times I’ve been to Honest auto! Quick service and friendly staff! They even ended with putting a cute flower on my dashboard after my oil change was complete! 5/5 stars!
