I had yet another great experience working with the Manager {Jeff}. He has continued to go above and beyond the standard customer service we've come accustomed to receiving. His knowledge is obvious in the diagnostic skills he has, which leads to a no nonsense reair.

Really awesome auto shop. After doing my due diligence, I felt very comfortable in going ahead and placing the appointment. After placing the appointment, they were on time. They asked qualifying questions on what was going on. They gave thorough information that I could understand and made sense and that was very helpful for me, they 100% went to bat for me on getting things covered as well with my Warranty. Would recommend to anyone. Chris, Eric, and Jeff are amazing!

Friendly staff (on the phone and in person), fast service, great price (with a coupon that I had). The rep explained some other items on my car that they found, and gave me prices on the work that would be needed. There was no pressure at all (I declined the extra service for now).

The second I walked in the door I had a very good vibe. Lobby was clean and comfortable. The staff greeted me right away and gave me their full attention. The amenities of beverages and snacks were a nice touch. What was really awesome was the fast service and straight forward feedback on the condition of my vehicle. I didn't feel that they were out to make a fast buck off me like a lot of other places. Thanks for the great customer experience!
