This is an overall response to the service I've received since becoming a client of yours many, many years ago. The work is typically excellent, but when I had my radiator replaced a few months ago I had to bring my vehicle back in to have the new faulty radiator replaced again and was given a loaner car that stunk of cigarettes so bad I had to change vehicles with my wife as I has numerous meetings that day and didn't want my clothes to stink. I would recommend cleaning that car (compact Ford station wagon) before loaning it out again.

Thank you for being honest and saving me thousands of dollars to fix my car. It is really a relief to know that there are still honest, dependable places like the Honest -1 Auto Care. When I was given an estimate of over $4000 from the dearlership I had been going to for 3 years for service on my car I just about fainted. Plus what they were saying to me didn't add up. to what they were showing me on paper. So, I decided to have a second estimate done. Sure am glad I did!! Thank you again for saving me a lot of money for things I did not need to get fixed and fixing the things that needed to be fixed at a reasonable rate Plus you have an exceptional warrenty to boot. The team was fast and informative. While I waited, the guys in front taught me all about WiFi. I am moving to Duluth and will miss taking my car for service at Honest-1.

I would say that the service was very good but the amount of time I had to wait to get my oil changed was quite long for a simple service.

I had a great experience interacting with the courteous drivers and the service adviser. The work was done in a timely manner and I appreciated the prompt responses.

Everyone at your place of business seems very interested in doing a very good job.
