Very good service, I am satisfied.

I rarely have a bad experience at Honest 1 and thankfully this experience was one of the good ones. Christmas Day at night, I had a flat and the tow truck towed my car to Honest 1 in Roseville. They were able to find and fix the problem and even did a 21 point inspection, since the car was new to me. It was great to be able to leave my car there and they could get to it that same day without the appointment and squish me into a very busy schedule. Tim and John were also very friendly and up front with me, which I always appreciate, because sometimes I'm talked down to by other people in the car industry.

Great timely HONEST service!

Very Satisfied. Only thing I can say would be I don't know if a paper foor mat & Plastic over the driver seat was used then thrown away prior to me getting the car back. Also I immediately noticed a couple of dirty finger prints on the door panel & on the suede inlay part too. It is a common problem when mechanics return the car as I've been guilty of. I am understanding of this as they got to get onto the next car and gloves can be very hard to get on after washing hands so they might not wash their hands. I know how easily the gloves tear & get holes in them. Hope this is helpful, I really wanted to give 5 stars. Thank You for the great service & very fair prices!

I trust these guys...never once have I felt pressured into getting unnecessary repairs done. As a young female I find that’s pretty rare when frequenting an auto repair shop. They are efficient, up front, and provide a thorough explanation with what’s going on with my vehicle

Tim was absolutely fanominal with assisting me with my heater to my car problem. Justin was just as great as Tim.
