I was able to schedule an appointment quickly and easily. A-1 kept my previous service records so they knew what had been done before and any problems with my vehicle. Service representatives were courteous and friendly. They took time to explain what was done and needed to done based on the age of my vehicle and service recommended based on mileage. Thanks guys.

I came in because I thought I needed a new battery. I really appreciated that after my car was checked I was told that I did not need a new battery after all, rather than being charged for one anyway. This means a lot to me because I have had very bad experiences with dishonesty from the mechanics at the Exxon in Shoreview and them getting new parts and charging me for them when they were not the problem with my car. This mattered a lot to me because I came to Honest-1 seeking honest and reliable service and mechanics, after giving up on my old mechanic. Thank you so much! I will definitely be coming back because of this important issue.
