I called Jeff in crisis-mode on a Friday morning and he was able to schedule a same-day appointment to fix a flat. Jeff worked with me the entire (so many good puns) time to ensure the proper product was procured at a fair price. It was an expensive job, but I drive a Mini and expect nothing less. :)

Quick and easy scheduling for an oil change, comfortable chairs to wait in (about 30 minutes total), good explanation of what maintenance would be recommended down the road and the estimates if I decided to have it done. Last time I had an issue with other car and a mechanic not listening to what I said was going on (was charged for a engine diagnostic test that didn't find anything and was told it was the floormat; took it to the dealer and they figured it was the clutch just listening to my explanation, which it was). H1 was professional and apologetic, refunded me the money this visit for that test which I appreciated.
