My alternator failed and drained my battery that I just had replaced 14 months ago. Honest 1 was true to their warranty and replaced the alternator as well as the battery at no charge/under warranty. I really appreciate the honesty in the diagnosis and the repair. We have had a lot of work done on this vehicle at Honest 1, and they continue to do excellent work. I just question using remanufactured parts as replacements. Great service by Billy and his team! Thanks Guys!
