Was in at 9 and out at 9:30. Oil change, filter and lube. 21 point check found a VERY DIRTY cabin filter which we replaced. Super Service coordinators. Mechnaics know what they are doing. Have been a customer since Honest ! opened. Certainly will continue!

I got a oil change and had them look at the power steering pump because I had to add fluid, they found a loose hose and tightened it. They could have said there were broken hoses and I would have gladly paid for them but they lived up to there name "Honest-1" I will go back there whenever I have car problems.

i'm pleased with the work and the dialog with your staff. my only complaint is how often times the estimate is lower than the actual invoice. This time brought with me the "suggested work to be done" sheet that was provided to me by your staff in the summer of 2015. the amount then totaled $810. but when checked in yesterday the exact same work now cost $901. this is an increase of 11% in just 8 months since the original proposed amount.

The work was done well.. It was done to my satisfaction in all respects.
