I needed to do some fairly extensive repairs on my Ford Escape recently, including a front left tie rod, struts, and some engine work. The staff at Honest-1 gave me an honest assessment of all required work, my options for repair, as well as a prioritized timeline for which items I should focus on in which order, in case I did not want to/or was not able to do do all the repairs at once. They worked with me to create a repair and payment plan that worked for me, and gave me a ride home while I waited for those repairs to be made. They also went above and beyond in assisting me with finding a used tire and in negotating with a previous shop that had changed my oil and caused some expensive damage to my oil pan. I was so pleased, I took them cookies. As always, a great job!

My truck was running rough & sputtering at idle. I stopped by for an oil change and the tech checked out the sputtering. New spark plugs & wires did the trick. Purring like a cougar now. What I like is they could have said it needed things that were unnecessary to fix. But they didn't. Other waiting customers said they drive many miles to have this business fix their cars. Will continue to do business there. One recommendation to the desk guys, don't assume women know nothing about cars, repairs, or symptoms.

Everyone at Honest One is always great! I deal mostly with Jason and Byron, and I trust them explicitly. They tell you everything they find and will tell you if it is something that is not necessary, if it is necessary but can wait, or if it is something that needs immediate attention. They are really working in the best interest of the customer. We started going to Honest One because of their more user friendly hours but keep going back because of their wonderful honest, friendly service.
