This is an overall response to the service I've received since becoming a client of yours many, many years ago. The work is typically excellent, but when I had my radiator replaced a few months ago I had to bring my vehicle back in to have the new faulty radiator replaced again and was given a loaner car that stunk of cigarettes so bad I had to change vehicles with my wife as I has numerous meetings that day and didn't want my clothes to stink. I would recommend cleaning that car (compact Ford station wagon) before loaning it out again.

You did what I asked at a very reasonable price. I will be back!

Thank you for being honest and saving me thousands of dollars to fix my car. It is really a relief to know that there are still honest, dependable places like the Honest -1 Auto Care. When I was given an estimate of over $4000 from the dearlership I had been going to for 3 years for service on my car I just about fainted. Plus what they were saying to me didn't add up. to what they were showing me on paper. So, I decided to have a second estimate done. Sure am glad I did!! Thank you again for saving me a lot of money for things I did not need to get fixed and fixing the things that needed to be fixed at a reasonable rate Plus you have an exceptional warrenty to boot.
