Very helpful , good prompt service

Everyone at Honest-1 Roseville went out of their way to get my truck in and diagnosed, in spite of the fact that they were swamped and had a full lot at the time. Great communications and I would say they lived up to their company name.

Great customer service, staff was friendly, I paid what they told me it would cost.

Took my car in for headlight fix. Super honest told me they couldn’t find anything wrong didn’t charge. Great honest people experts in all repair. Brother-in-law also used them and recommended to me. I will be back.

I always have good customer service and interactions with the staff here, which is agai. What a received at this visit. The downfall was that I made a 10am appointment for an oil change, but didn’t leave with my car until 12pm. I felt this was a long time for a service being I made an appointment earlier in the week, and also had my 2 week newborn with at the appointment while we waited for so long. Next time would appreciate more of a heads up when booking my appointment if oil changes always take 2 hours long.

Our car was over due for an oil change and they managed to squeeze our car in on a busy day. The staff was very friendly and professional. We will be using them in the future.

Bobby and his team did a great job of helping me get back on the road. He helped to calm my frantic nerves when another neighborhood service shop (Dustin at Brausen’s - Arden Hills) was not willing to help. I will definitely return with my business!
