The work that was done appears to be very good. However the fifth star was missed because I was quoted for work to be done, yet you still talked my wife into adding wiper blades when she was waiting to pick up the van. Although you discounted them (and I appreciate that), there is a reason that I did not want them replaced. If you had noticed or asked me, I would have told you the reason that the wiper blade had not been replaced prior to this. We were in a hurry that evening, and out of haste, my wife just agreed to get it done. We were estimated to have the van back by 4:30-4:45pm, but my wife was not able to leave until just after 6pm. We had to rearrange plans to shuttle kids around that night. I understand your goal is to maximize the upcharges through "suggestive" selling, but I don't think it's the right thing to do to your customers, especially the ones that don't know any better.
