Honest One is a very professional vehicle maintenance facility. Every mechanic has a thorough knowledge and experience in the car or truck they work on. They provided me with a complete explanation of what needed to be done to correct a problem and why. I was also impressed with their handling of an extended warrantee I had purchased with the credit union when I financed my truck.They took time to explain to me in layman's terms exactly what was covered and in the process saved me the cost of an expensive new starter. They also saved me on the cost of replacing four worn truck tires with another high quality manufacturer equal in performance to the originals. Beyond the professional performance the entire staff diplayed I was most impressed with how everyone coordinated with one another and worked as a team.

Didn't have to wait long for service and excellent explanations about future services needed without pressure.
